go from no degree to a PhD in Adult Learning from the University of Connecticut in five and a half years (and it only cost him $8,800). Since that time he has worked for healthcare systems across the US (most recently at OhioHealth in Columbus, OH) and has been faculty for both Ivy League schools (Yale) and State/Local Universities (University of Connecticut and Capital University).
